Our Forest River Shasta model is the perfect choice to enjoy the outdoors while having all the comforts of home.
The interior with slide out allows loads of space for families.
The kitchen is well equipped with large sink, microwave, decent size fridge and stove top.
We have included all the equipment needed. This includes a Keurig 1 cup coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, all dishes, silverware, pots and pan and utensils and towels and dishcloths needed to make your meals easier. And don’t forget the BBQ!!
It’ll hook to the gas line on the trailer.
The double entry doors allow quick access to the bathroom from the outside. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. We have included the towels and face cloths and bath mats for your convenience.
The bunk beds (2) are a decent size and are complete with linens, pillows and mattress covers. (please note a weight restriction on the top bunk is 150 lbs)
The main bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with an extra foam mattress cover for your comfort. Also included are the linens and storage on each side of the bed. Plus the 32” TV – can’t forget the TV!
The living / dining area is a decent size for the family, again equipped with a 42” tv!
Also provided is access to Rogers 5G Wireless Internet WIFI to stay connected for all your devices and streaming needs. (subject to cellular service in the area where you are camping)
Also included are:
Power awning, 6 lawn chairs plus outdoor folding table, outdoor picnic table cover, sewer hose, power cord, surge protector, clean water hose, leveler, wheel chocks, and bike rack.
Dont have a vehicle able to tow, not to worry a delivery and pickup option is available for a resonable fee.

Propane Pre Pay Refill Option:
As the trailer uses propane for heating and cooking, we offer a pre pay refill propane fee as an add on.
If you cannot return the trailer with a full tank please ensure you choose the pre pay option when doing your booking.
Hydro Requirements:
Trailer requires a 30 Amp circuit for the Air Conditioning to work.
While the trailer can be plugged into a 15amp circuit it cannot run the air as it will trip the breaker and potentially damage the air conditioning unit.
Fresh Water Tank / Grey & Black Water Tank Capacity:
Our recommendation for this trailer is a site that has full water, hydro and septic hook up.
While it can be used with different combinations of the above restrictions will apply in certain cases.
The freshwater tank holds a capacity of 42 gallons, including the water heater capacity.
Additionally, it is equipped with holding tank capacities of 36 gallons for gray water and 36 gallons for black water.
Grey water is captured from the kitchen sink; bathroom sink and shower.
Black water is captured from the toilet.
Should you rent a site that does NOT have an on camp site septic hook up, we request that you limit the use of the shower as well as using the toilet for nighttime use and use the campgrounds facilities.
There is an in-trailer monitoring panel that we will show you how to monitor the tanks capacity usage.
Without being able to drain the tanks in a non septic site, the trailer could become damaged resulting in a claim.
The average North American shower uses 17.2 gallons (65.1 liters) and lasts for 8.2 minutes at average flow rate of 2.1 gallons per minute (gpm) (7.9 lpm).
With only a 36 Gallon Grey water tank, you can see where this can become problematic.
